Job Responsibilities-

Management Responsibilities: Build and lead the team towards achieving the business goals of the bank using the available resources. Identify and achieve responsible business opportunities by focusing on multinational clients and other private and public sector clients who need cash management solutions to achieve and exceed business budgets. Develop high engagement with cultural and behavioral excellence among team members. Make team development a top priority and facilitate learning and development. Apply a hand-on mechanism to coach with productive personal development plans including regular follow-up. Share experiences, best practices and knowledge with subordinates and also establish a culture to spread experiences and best practices. Establish inheritance plans for key roles by playing the appropriate role of internal, external and electoral rent where appropriate. Create strategies to keep pace with the organization’s spending plans.

Revenue Generation: Generate strategic and strategic plans to help achieve departmental deposit targets, non-fund revenue and client service excellence. Identify and achieve accountability business opportunities by focusing on multinational clients and other private and public sector clients who need cash management solutions to achieve and exceed business budgets.
